About Zeal
Zeal are Chartered Tax Advisors that specialise in Capital Allowances Tax Relief claims on ‘embedded fixtures’ within commercial properties including water, electrical and heating systems and pipework. Due to the need for technical tax and property surveying experts, this not something accountants typically claims unless using a specialist like Zeal.
Zeal brings this significantly underclaimed Government incentive to underserved markets, SMEs and independent landlords overlooked by other firms who focus on property investments of £500,000+, helping them benefit from substantial tax savings and cash repayments that most don’t even know they are entitled to.

Job Description

Sourcing new work.
-
Effective handling of any leads provided from marketing and other sources.

Considerable contact with clients (Account management) and any relevant parties i.e. accountants

Negotiating fee agreements and retrieving signed engagement letters.

Administration of claims and associated queries.

Attend meetings, seminars or the use of other learning resources to ensure up to date knowledge and how this affects the various industry sectors in which the business operates.
Essential Skills

Previous Business Development experience.

B2B sales experience.

Proven sales experience.

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.

Experience of Outbound calling.

Financial sales experience (desirable but not essential).
