What owners
Mr & Mrs Walker said . . .

“The whole process ran very smoothly, they kept in touch with how proceedings were going and were very confident from the start that we would receive tax savings. It took up none of our time apart from the initial site survey and signing any agreement forms. We would recommend to any other companies who are in two minds whether to go ahead with the claim. They gave a very efficient service, and we were very happy with the end result.”

Overview of the claim

Mr and Mrs Walker received a call from our team unveiling the hidden value on and under their park. The couple’s accountant was very supportive, understanding that making the claim was in his client’s best interests and was not a service the firm provided.

After all their questions were answered and seeing there was no-risk with our no-win, no-fee service, the owners were excited to have confirmation of the tax savings they were entitled to.

Qualifying items

The Capital Allowances survey identified qualifying items such as telecommunications, fitted furniture and fittings, ironmongery, and disposable installations, and special rate expenditure such as electrical, heating, ventilation and hot and cold water systems.

The whole process took no longer than two months to complete and the result saw a total tax saving of £190,000. As requested by the client, Zeal transferred all results to their accountant who will continue to administer the balance of the capital allowances available to alleviate tax due for approximately 10 years, until the allowances are used up.
